Job description

Our client in the telecommunications sector isseeking a highly qualified OSS Architect, with a specialised focus on Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions for fibre-based wholesale connectivity networks. Contract duration of 6 to 12 months.

The selected architect will design and lead OSS frameworks enabling automated service provisioning, assurance, and lifecycle management aligned with client's NaaS strategy for fixed connectivity solutions.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 10 years of OSS architecture experience in telecom, with proven delivery in fixed connectivity-based services and wholesale networks.

Proven track record in OSS support for NaaS platforms, including:

• Automated provisioning of Fixed connectivity network
• Self-service portals for wholesale customers
• Service catalog, orchestration and on-demand activation

Strong knowledge of OSS domains:

• Fixed connectivity resource and service inventory
• Fixed connectivity order management and activation
• Fault and performance management for optical networks
• Service assurance workflows for fixed connectivity infrastructure

Deep expertise in integration using MEF standards:

• MEF 3.0 framework
• MEF LSO APIs (especially Sonata, Legato, Presto)
• Support for standardised service definitions (e.g., E-Line, E-LAN, under MEF)

Familiarity with TM Forum eTOM, SID, Open APIs.

Experience integrating OSS with BSS and third-party partner systems.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
