Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare management with leadership and recruitment.
• 5+ years in senior operational leadership, risk management, reporting and budgeting.
• Experience with capitation, value-based/outcome care or risk-sharing arrangements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the OrthoCare Programme to meet clinical, operational and financial objectives.
• Drive end-to-end programme performance within the capitation and risk-sharing model to ensure sustainability and value delivery.
• Lead financial management, budget control and cost optimisation across the programme.
• Monitor utilisation trends, claims experience and risk indicators to identify and mitigate emerging risks.
• Ensure delivery against service level agreements, quality standards and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop operational strategies aligned to client schemes and Medscheme business objectives.
• Lead governance, compliance and risk management to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Deliver executive reporting, insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Inspire and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
