Job Description

• Keeping press clippings and files updated
• Preparing information packs for press, events etc.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining data of donors, media etc.
• Assisting in the organization of events and functions
• Keeping guest- list spread sheets updated
• Phoning confirmations

Requirements

• Conceptualization and design of newsletters, invitations, advertising, presentations, brochures and marketing material etc. with HOD
• HTML (WordPress)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
• Help with website organization and updates
• Social Media Knowledge for posting on multiple platforms
• Photography and video capture

Qualifications

• Design related experience.
• Fully conversant in Adobe CC core software
• Must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly organised and passionate about data, design and digital.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to contribute creative ideas.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritise design focus accordingly
• Coding, WordPress and Web knowledge.
• Previous experience in working within a design studio will be a huge advantage
• Ability to work in both a print and digital environment.
