Job Description

1. Keeping press clippings and files updated
2. Assist in compiling and maintaining data of donors, media, etc.
3. Assisting in the organization of events and functions
4. Keeping guest-list spreadsheets updated
5. Phoning confirmations

Requirements

1. Conceptualization and design of newsletters, invitations, advertising, presentations, brochures and marketing material, etc.
2. Proficient in HTML (WordPress)
3. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
4. Help with website organization and updates
5. Photography and video capture

Qualifications

1. Design related experience
2. Fully conversant in Adobe CC core software
3. Must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Highly organized and passionate about data, design and digital
5. Strong eye for detail and ability to contribute creative ideas
6. Able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize design focus accordingly
7. Coding, WordPress and Web knowledge
8. Previous experience in working within a design studio will be a huge advantage
9. Ability to work in both a print and digital environment
