Job description

Location : 26 Wellington Road, Parktown, Johannesburg

Summary: We currently seek a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various job openings, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

This is not an HR role and will only focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  2. Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and skills to match them with suitable job openings.
  3. Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure the quality of candidates.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates.
  5. Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  6. Keep abreast of industry and market trends to provide hiring managers with up-to-date information and recommendations.
  7. Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors in order to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and goals.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Recruitment agent, Internal Recruiter or in a similar role with focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  7. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  8. Must be in possession of a valid driver's licence and own reliable motor vehicle.
