Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Organic Search Manager to own search strategies for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You will drive technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content priorities with writers and AI, plus manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO while reporting in GA4 and Search Console with quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO; audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
