Order Management Specialist German Speaker
Job Description:

As an Order Management Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end process of customer orders, leveraging your technical skills and service management knowledge to ensure efficient and accurate order handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
  2. Apply service management principles to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  3. Utilize technical skills to support product development and address order-related technical issues.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolving any issues.
  5. Demonstrate strong customer orientation and multitasking abilities.
  6. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks and ensure results are achieved.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role.
  2. At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development.
  3. ITIL IV Foundation certification is required.
  4. Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication.
  5. Excellent time management and result-oriented approach.
  6. Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level.
  7. English proficiency at a B2 level is a plus.
