About the Role:

As an Order Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and supply chain efficiency. We're looking for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize order fulfillment processes in line with global supply chain best practices
• Leverage Excel, Power BI, and other tools to drive insights and performance
• Interpret and communicate purchasing policies to stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI
• Comfortable working during US business hours
• Strong analytical mindset with a solution-driven approach
• Background in supply chain, inventory, or order management is highly advantageous
