Responsibilities:
- Fundamental understanding of Network Concepts and designs, WAN, LAN, MPLS, SDWAN, Cloud Technologies
- Strong understanding and experience in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) implementation and support
- Experience in Telco SIP Trunks and network design
- Experience in compliance call recording systems (NICE Engage and Call Cabinet, Verint or equivalent)
- Implement, maintain, and support Oracle Session Border Controller (SBCs) and ancillary tools (EOM, SDM)
- Implement, maintain and support AudioCodes Oracle Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
- Strong understanding and experience on Contact Centre Technologies, Avaya, Genesys, Cloud Contact Center
- Experience in MS SQL, Linux and Windows Server Operating System
- Fundamental understanding of Firewall and DMZ design concepts
- Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP security standards and implementation
- Experience of SIP, integration, and migration.
- Cloud Telephony and UC Solutions experience will be an advantage
- Experience in Telephone Management System and Expense Management.
