Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer - EPM

What you will do

As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will be the expert guiding customers in their digital transformation journey. You will:

• Collaborate with sales teams across all sales cycle stages to showcase the value of Oracle’s EPM solutions.
• Recommend tailored, innovative solutions that align with customer goals.
• Identify and address key business requirements to drive measurable impact.
• Design, present, and articulate Oracle SaaS - EPM solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead technical sales engagements and overcome challenges to ensure customer success.
• Continuously enhance your expertise in SaaS - EPM and modern demonstration techniques.
• Address competitive differentiators and handle objections effectively.
• Ensure seamless handovers for successful customer implementations.
• Represent Oracle at industry events, workshops, and customer engagements.

We require...

• Technical skills: Extensive knowledge of EPM solutions and their integration with ERP, Projects, Procurement, and Supply Chain solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP EPM software.
• Ability to apply design thinking, customer journey mapping, and technology-driven innovation.
