Job summary

KPMG is seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle HCM Fusion transformation programme. As a senior delivery leader, you will shape solution design, translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, and guide stakeholders through an enterprise-wide transformation.

The role requires deep Oracle HCM Fusion expertise, strong financial services experience, and a proven track record delivering complex ERP and HCM transformation

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience delivering enterprise transformation programmes.
• Extensive Oracle HCM Fusion implementation experience, including design and architecture.
• Strong financial services industry experience.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, process design and solution architecture workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Fusion solution design across the transformation programme.
• Facilitate workshops to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Develop future-state processes and operating models.
• Partner with stakeholders to align objectives with technology.
• Provide expertise across Oracle HCM Fusion modules and integrations.
• Support end-to-end ERP and HCM transformation delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor client teams and support capability transfer.
