Job Description:
- Oracle EBS Architecture & Strategy:
Lead end-to-end architecture design for Oracle EBS modules (HRMS, Financials, SCM) across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Develop roadmaps for migrating legacy EBS systems to Oracle Cloud (OCI / Fusion) or hybrid models. Design integrations between EBS and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, BI tools). - HR & ERP Functional Expertise:
Configure and optimize Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. Design workflows for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Implement Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement, and Inventory Management. Streamline SCM processes (Order Management, Costing, Manufacturing). Architect solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP Cloud, and OCI services. Migrate legacy customizations (Forms, Reports) to cloud-native tools (e.g., Oracle Redwood UX). - Governance & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations. Design security frameworks for role-based access (RBAC), data encryption, and audit trails. Mentor technical / functional teams (developers, analysts). Partner with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Technical Skills:
- Oracle EBS: R12.2+ expertise in HRMS, Financials, SCM.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP Cloud, OCI, or Fusion.
- Functional Skills: Deep knowledge of HR processes (payroll, talent management) and ERP workflows (GL, AP, AR). Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: Oracle EBS Certified Expert, OCI Architect, or Cloud HCM Specialist.
- Experience with upgrades (EBS 11i – R12.2) or cloud migrations.
- Knowledge of emerging tech (AI / ML in HR analytics, blockchain for supply chain).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years in Oracle EBS implementation / architecture (HR & ERP modules). 3+ years in cloud architecture (OCI, AWS, Azure).
