Optique Optometrists in South Africa is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our Parklands/Table View branch as the primary optometrist. You will deliver high-quality clinical care and create a positive patient experience, while working independently and as part of a collaborative branch team.

You will lead day-to-day clinical operations, supported by Optique’s wider clinical network, in a role focused on patient care, professional development and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Optometry degree
• Current HPCSA registration as an Optometrist
• Sound clinical knowledge and professional judgement

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Optometrist to join our Parklands/Table View branch as the practice’s primary Optometrist.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering consistent, high-quality clinical care and creating a positive experience for every patient who visits the practice. This role is well suited to an Optometrist who is confident working independently, enjoys building lasting patient relationships and values being part of a collaborative branch team.

As the primary Optometrist, you will play an important role in the day-to-day clinical functioning and continued growth of the practice, while working closely with the branch team and receiving support from Optique’s wider operational and clinical network.

Key responsibilities

What we are looking for

• A Bachelor of Optometry degree
• Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Optometrist
• Sound clinical knowledge and professional judgement

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
