Job summary

Job description

To support customer technical solutions by providing general technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
  • Collaborate with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
  • Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop Services.
  • Manage and support Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktop Services.
  • Manage and support Citrix Netscaler Services.
  • Manage and support Citrix Hypervisor.
  • Identify and manage service-related risks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure
Certifications
