Manage and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop Services.
Manage and support Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktop Services.
Manage and support Citrix Netscaler Services.
Manage and support Citrix Hypervisor.
Identity and manage service-related risks.

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma
Experience
3 years’ experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure
OR
5 years’ experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure
Certifications
ITIL Foundational V3/4
Citrix
Level of Engagement & Span of Control
Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
