3. Risk & Compliance Management: Enforce effective policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks while ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
4. Data & CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client data, track performance, and enhance reporting accuracy.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
6. KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve overall operational success.
7. Problem-Solving & Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

1. Experience: Proven track record in operations, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
