Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to support Advisors by handling new business, wills, existing business changes, and onboarding. The role covers daily case management, document validation, and coordination with trust services, ensuring timely updates and escalations are tracked.

The successful candidate will operate within the Regional OPS Team, contributing to Office Administration, Digital Focussed onboarding, and client-facing support

Qualifications

• Experience in handling office and administrative processes within a financial services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and escalations with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with document handling, compliance checks and service center workflows.

Responsibilities

• OSC will case manage the escalation until it is finalized and refer to OSM where needed.
• OSC will keep FA informed and FA will also see this on End of day report.
• Open Work: OSC attend daily to the published Open Cases report and engage with FA on outstanding requirements.
