Our client in the manufacturing industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ an Operations Supervisor.

Salary: R26,000 CTC per month

Requirements:

• Experience as an Operations Supervisor.
• Self-driven and a team player.
• Versatile in technical ability, and able to learn quickly.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to read and prioritize work schedules.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Quote and cost projects daily.
• Prepare quotes and job card costing monthly for SLA processing.
• Handle all scheduled monthly SLA for company products.
• Manage sites and staff, including small teams and multiple projects.
• Coordinate with clients for scheduling and planning incoming work.
• Control key resources in the workshop: stores, vehicles, staff.
• Manage tools and high-cost hand tools diligently.
• Occasional site visits during installations or work inspections.
• Compare quoted costs versus actual job costs.
• Measure staff time against allocated quotes.
