Job description

Operations Supervisor - Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance (nights) [969768], North West, UK

Enviroflow is a well-established Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance company based near Leeds. We operate a fleet of top-of-the-line Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work directly with our Operations Manager on the Amey motorways contracts.
  2. Act as a point of contact for clients and operatives during shifts.
  3. Manage reactive services such as flooding and emergency drainage repairs.
  4. Ensure adequate resourcing based on workload, which can vary nightly.
  5. Supervise on-site cyclic, reactive, and planned drainage works.
  6. Provide detailed reports on work carried out and work required.
Person Specification:
  1. Full clean UK driving licence.
  2. Relevant experience in drain and sewer cleaning and maintenance operations.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in person and over the phone.
  5. Confidence to advise and assist operatives and deliver briefs and toolbox talks to large groups.
  6. Extensive knowledge of the drainage industry, including understanding the reasons behind our work.
