Job Description

Position: Operations Analyst

Location: Pennington, NJ 08534

Contract Assignment: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) – 7/13/2026

Pay Range: $22.29 hourly, paid weekly.

Availability Required: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Training Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week for the first 5-6 weeks, then transitioning to a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days WFH.

Strong possibility of extension based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Position Summary:
  • The Onboarding and Maintenance team supports functions related to brokerage account onboarding and maintenance.
  • The Account Management Operations Representative provides support to the branch office.
  • Responsibilities include documentation review and activating brokerage account traits.
  • Support is provided by working cases or handling escalated internal calls from the branch.
  • Respond to internal phone calls, work cases in SRP and ASAP, review documentation for accuracy, and make risk-aware decisions prioritizing client and branch needs.
Required Skills:
  • Decision-making skills with the ability to manage risk effectively.
  • Experience delivering results for internal and/or external clients.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Results-oriented, driven, and ambitious.
  • Quick learner, self-sufficient, and proactive.
  • Experience with brokerage account operations and systems.
