Operations Specialist (Remote SAST Time Zone)

Full-Time 11 AM 7 PM SAST (with flexibility)

Salary - $1500 $2500 USD

A fast-paced coaching business is looking for a versatile tech-savvy Operations Specialist to support day-to-day business and growth. This role blends creative thinking structured operational management and tech-driven productivity. You ll be joining a mission-led values-driven team dedicated to personal and professional development.

What You ll Do

Manage back-end systems including CRM email automation tools and landing page builders

Implement and maintain digital workflows that improve team efficiency

Handle client-facing communication via email with professionalism and excellent English

Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to streamline tasks and optimize output

Assist with light design work (e.g. Canva) content formatting and marketing support

Take initiative on ad hoc tasks prioritize responsibilities and drive projects forward autonomously

Identify opportunities to improve processes or introduce tools that create leverage

What We re Looking For

Digitally fluent and confident navigating a variety of platforms and tools

Highly proactive and capable of working independently without micromanagement

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; can manage both structured tasks and ambiguous challenges

Excellent written and spoken English; professional communication is a must

Experience with CRMs automation platforms and productivity tools

Bonus : Canva or light graphic design experience

Remote position; candidate must be available during 11 AM 7 PM SAST with occasional flexibility for earlier or later hours

Most suitable for candidates located in South Africa or nearby time zones
