Job summary

peopleworth Employer Group offers an internship across administration, property and rental portfolio tasks, and digital systems work. You will support client engagement, automation workflows, and monthly reporting while traveling locally to properties and suppliers.

The role provides exposure to multiple business settings, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to improvements across operations and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Interest in business operations or administrative coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally between properties and sites.
• Willingness to learn digital tools including automation and AI features.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication management across multiple businesses, including email inbox oversight and client queries.
• Maintain and update social media accounts and coordinate updates with leadership.
• Support daily operations of property and rental management portfolios including site coordination and scheduling.
• Assist with setup, testing and refinement of operational systems around automation and AI capabilities.
• Contribute to data organisation, preparation of reports and basic analysis.
