Tourvest DMC, a division of Tourvest Destination Management, is seeking an Senior Operations Manager to define KPI frameworks, own reporting systems, and drive efficiency across SA Rugby Travel, SA Cricket Travel and Pure Travel. You will partner with the GM of Operations Management to align strategic initiatives and standardise processes.

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Experience in Tour Operations.
• Experience setting up new procedures and systems.
• Experience in identifying training needs.

Responsabilités

• Define and monitor KPI frameworks, systems and efficiency programmes for SART, SACT and PT.
• Lead strategic planning with executive leadership on KPI and systems roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Marketing to align business strategy and initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and regular reporting across brands.
