A leading company in the security industry seeks an experienced Operational Security Manager to oversee client relations, security staff management, and ensure compliance with security standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational security management and strong leadership capabilities, along with substantial experience in the industry.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the overall purpose of this position is to manage a client cluster, covering key areas such as client liaison, HR/IR matters, fleet management, expenses control, investigations, and ensuring the posting of security officers. The role also involves ensuring all site security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
