Job description

Job Title: Operations Manager - Nelspruit / Mbombela

Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate or equivalent.
  • PSIRA Grade A / B registration and accreditation, up to date.
  • No Criminal Record or pending cases.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable personal transport.
  • 2 to 5 years’ Site Supervisory or Management experience.
  • Physically fit and in good health.
  • Reside in the greater Johannesburg area or willing to relocate at own cost.
Key Performance Areas:
  1. Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services and clients regarding security services rendered.
  2. Provide daily feedback and liaise with Fidelity Security Services Management and clients.
  3. Prepare and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  4. Manage incident, accident, and investigation reports, including obtaining statements.
  5. Ensure security officers are posted timely for full site coverage during day and night shifts per client SLA.
  6. Verify all security officers meet contractual requirements.
  7. Discipline staff and attend CCMA and Labour Court proceedings as required.
  8. Evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to clients.
  9. Assess client premises regularly to minimize risks and enhance security barriers.
  10. Audit access registers daily and generate exception reports.
