MAIN PURPOSE OF THE
JOB
To manage and oversee the implementation of operational activities
in the province by providing technical support of Seda business plan,
policies, procedures and processes.
KEY PERFORMANCE
AREAS
❖ Develop, oversee and ensure implementation of an integrated
Provincial Operations plan and operational activities.
❖ Monitor and evaluate provincial operational performance.
❖ Manage infrastructure.
❖ Financial, risk and compliance management.
REQUIRED MINIMUM
QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) plus B-Tech or Bachelor’s degree
(NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project
Management/Operations Management/Engineering
❖ Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) /Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level
8) in Economics/Business Administration/Project
Management/Operations Management/Engineering as added

REQUIRED MINIMUM
WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 6 - 8 year’s work experience in the Operations Management
❖ 2-3 years managerial experience.
❖ Project, quality & risk management experience
❖ Experience in implementing support strategies or continuous
management of processes or change management
❖ Exposure to small business enterprise development sector;
stakeholder relations and information management systems.
❖ Knowledge of business and management principles
