Operations Manager

Responsibilities & Desired Skills
  1. Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction
  2. Lead, oversee, and coach the client service team to achieve performance objectives
  3. Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations
  4. Manage client service contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence and renewals
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to enhance service delivery
  6. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  7. Spearhead client service projects, including new technologies or processes
  8. Ensure efficient processes are utilized within the service-oriented business area
  9. Serve as escalation point for client queries and incidents
  10. Coordinate external vendors and agencies
