Salary: R45,000 to R50,000 per month + Petrol + Cell phone

Job Overview
As the Operations Manager, you'll ensure the organization operates at peak efficiency, delivering a seamless service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, analyze data, and prepare reports to support company success.
- Collaborate with various team members and departments, engaging with managers and presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide training and supervision to new staff.
- Track and evaluate staff performance to maintain high standards.
- Ensure operations are conducted correctly, cost-effectively, and timely, adhering to quality standards.
- Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Plan and control change management initiatives.
- Manage quality assurance and utilize audit report tools to measure site performance.
- Supervise and coach supervisors regularly.
- Ensure warehouse efficiency and contribute to strategic and operational objectives.
- Monitor employee KPIs and address client or personnel concerns.
- Maintain ongoing communication between departments for continuous improvement.
- Support business planning and resource allocation.
- Train staff and managers to optimize performance.
- Provide leadership support and motivate teams to achieve productivity goals.
- Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies in line with organizational mission.
- Support management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.
- Manage and improve the effectiveness of Support Services.
- Participate in long-term planning and initiatives toward operational excellence.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend recruitment programs.
- Liaise with senior management to update on shop floor matters.
- Set and review budgets, managing costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as an operations manager.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience in budget development and oversight.
- HR/IR knowledge (Unions, CCMA, Disciplinary Hearings).
- Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office, etc.).
