Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks and operational needs of 5 retail food stores in Cape Town.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a strong team leader, and customer-centric, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for increasing efficiency, implementing stock control measures, monitoring customer service, and staff training. Our client prides themselves on exceptional service across all touchpoints.
This is a demanding role, as the stores operate daily until 10 pm, throughout the year, including weekends and public holidays, which are their busiest times.
