Job description

Minimum requirements

• 810 years' experience in a Production / Operations Management role in manufacturing (automotive, plastics, or metals preferred)
• Relevant qualification : Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Operations or a Diploma with strong experience
• Proven track record leading culture change and operational improvements
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, etc.)
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle, Info-LN) and production KPIs, dashboards and digital / visual management tools
• Strong working knowledge of lean tools and CI Systems. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a strong advantage
