The Role: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate operational processes across multiple advertising divisions. This role requires strong project management, supplier and landlord liaison, and compliance oversight. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient execution of projects, and effective stakeholder communication, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new site development inventory, installations, and maintenance.

  • Support landlord contract management, meetings, and client services.

  • Oversee supplier processes for static and digital sites.

  • Manage council compliance for all sites.

  • Assist teams with projects and RFPs.

  • Oversee purchase order management and insurance compliance.

  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.

About You
  • 5+ years in operations or project management roles.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder management.

  • Financial and budget management experience advantageous.

  • Knowledge of compliance, regulatory processes, supplier, and contract management.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Leadership skills and collaborative mindset.

  • Experience with site structures and framing systems would be advantageous.
