REQUIREMENTS

  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the real estate or construction industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  5. Apple Mac proficient and Google Suite experience essential.
  6. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

DUTIES

  1. Develop project proposals and budgets.
  2. Create detailed project plans and timelines.
  3. Manage contractors and subcontractors.
  4. Track project progress, budgets and provide feedback.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  6. Build relationships with stakeholders and retain regular communication.
  7. Close out projects with final documentation and analysis.
