Job description

Strong, organized personality capable of bringing positive change to the team.

Someone disciplined to establish order, yet warm and hands-on, able to connect with staff and train them to meet high standards.

An excellent eye for detail with broad experience in senior hospitality roles at 5-star establishments.

Ensure the hotel maintains an impeccable appearance and understands necessary maintenance needs.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in senior leadership roles within 5-star hospitality, either in urban or remote settings.
  2. Hotel management diploma, with experience in hotel financials, HR, food & beverage, and ideally familiarity with the local business market.
  3. Valid driving license and own vehicle.
  4. Presentable appearance.
  5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; basic IT skills including Microsoft Office, hotel reservation systems, OTAs, and experience with PAN Hospitality are advantageous.

Promotion to the Group GM team is possible in the future upon demonstrating qualities and achieving targets.
