Implement operational strategies aligned with the Company’s strategic business plans.

Lead the company and ensure all employees are aligned with the company vision.

Plan and execute long-term business strategies to achieve company objectives.

Ensure all required processes are in place and consistently followed.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Champion and uphold the Company’s values throughout the business.

Provide governance and structure in accordance with accepted industry standards.

Review and approve contracts and terms & conditions for new projects.

Support key departmental managers (Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and HR).

Collaborate with IT to identify and implement technological advancements, including software solutions.

Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives and best practices.

Work with the Financial Manager to establish financial management protocols.

Partner with HR to provide strong leadership, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce.

Evaluate and approve key investments in maintenance, equipment, infrastructure, and skills.

Communicate company strategy, goals, and performance results to all employees.

Apply sound business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR management, leadership, and operational coordination.

Analyze information and operational data to support decision-making and solve problems.

Direct organizational operations, projects, and services effectively.

Directly manage, motivate, and develop reporting lines.

Set objectives for direct reports, aligned with business goals.

Conduct regular meetings with reporting lines.

Manage labour costs in line with budget and departmental capacity.

Implement and oversee BBBEE and Employment Equity strategies.

Maintain a motivated workforce and conduct final interviews for key positions.

Ensure disciplinary procedures are followed.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.

Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Enforce safety regulations and procedures.

Manage subcontractors as per SLAs.

Manage internal audit findings and achieve audit score targets.

Ensure effective maintenance of equipment and assets.

Perform asset verifications biannually.

Align change management activities with strategic objectives.

Manage resistance and stakeholder engagement.

Evaluate business performance and growth through data analysis.

Deliver reports and forecasts to management.

Manage budgets and oversee performance versus budget.

Prepare manufacturing budgets and forecasts.

Ensure services are delivered on time and resolve customer complaints.

Monitor stock variance and ensure stock adjustments are signed off.

Ensure BBBEE compliance among service providers.
