Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, align, and manage target and budget goals while ensuring effective control of costs to increase cost efficiency.
  • Drive significant growth and profitability in the context of cost management.
  • Develop a service culture that builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations, and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
  • Implement systems, processes, and metrics for measuring service levels and satisfaction to enable Business Unit service delivery.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff.
  • Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives with performance measures and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements through development, monitoring, and maintenance of compliance systems.
  • Identify, report, and mitigate operational risks at product, process, and channel levels.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improve customer experiences by refining processes and procedures.
  • Manage SLA agreements aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide accurate business intelligence and analyze trends for better decision-making.
  • Plan and execute campaigns successfully, maintaining operational accountability.
  • Support teamwork within the function through collaboration.
  • Manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture of teams and leaders.
  • Pursue personal and managerial development for future leadership growth.
Candidate Profile

You will be an ideal candidate if you have :

  • Experience in operations management.
  • BCom Degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in financial services.
