Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Group Operations Manager
Based in Bryanston | Lodge Industry Experience Required

An established hospitality group is seeking a seasoned Group Operations Manager to oversee multiple lodge and hospitality properties. This role is based at head office in Bryanston and requires frequent travel to remote sites.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record in lodge management and multi-property operations
• 5+ years’ senior operations experience within the luxury lodge or safari industry
• Strong leadership, logistics, and financial acumen
• Ability to implement systems, manage teams, and drive high service standards
• Willingness to travel regularly to remote lodges

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational efficiency across all lodge properties
• Support lodge managers with performance, HR, and guest experience
• Ensure brand consistency, financial control, and compliance
• Lead projects, new openings, and strategic planning initiatives
• Act as a key liaison between head office and lodge teams
