An established hospitality group is seeking a seasoned Group Operations Manager to oversee multiple lodge and hospitality properties. This role is based at head office in Bryanston and requires frequent travel to remote sites.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven track record in lodge management and multi-property operations
5+ years’ senior operations experience within the luxury lodge or safari industry
Strong leadership, logistics, and financial acumen
Ability to implement systems, manage teams, and drive high service standards
Willingness to travel regularly to remote lodges
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operational efficiency across all lodge properties
Support lodge managers with performance, HR, and guest experience
Ensure brand consistency, financial control, and compliance
Lead projects, new openings, and strategic planning initiatives
Act as a key liaison between head office and lodge teams
