Job Description : The Operations Manager ensures operational efficiency and compliance across the business.
Working closely with the Global Head of Operations, you will support internal workflows, maintain adherence to client agreements and industry standards, and lead internal improvement projects.
The role involves compliance, supplier management, IT systems, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities :
Compliance & Data Protection :
Ensure adherence to client MSAs, internal policies, GDPR, and PV standards.
Act as a compliance subject matter expert and brief teams on requirements.
Conduct internal audits and support DPIAs.
Manage supplier onboarding, reviews, and performance.
Document compliance processes and simplify them for teams.
Internal Projects & Process Improvement :
Lead operational projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
Vet, onboard, and manage suppliers with due diligence.
Develop and implement workflow tools, including automation and AI integrations.
Identify process gaps and collaborate on improvements.
Team Support & Operational Administration :
Provide operational support and problem-solving assistance.
Oversee timesheet completion and accuracy.
Manage onboarding resources and training documentation.
Support mandatory training completion.
IT & Systems Support :
Maintain asset registers and oversee device distribution and replacement.
Liaise with external IT providers for issue resolution.
Support user access and system security.
Requirements :
Experience in operations, compliance, or project coordination, preferably in healthcare, research, or insights.
Strong knowledge of GDPR, PV, and SLAs.
Proven ability to conduct audits and implement improvements.
Comfort with new technologies and digital tools.
Vendor, supplier, and IT support management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
Proactive with an interest in automation and efficiency (AI-curious).
