Qualifications

• Deep understanding of end-to-end processes and garment flow
• Solid knowledge in regional and global operational logistics standards, as well as sustainability targets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DC inbound and outbound departments to maximize operational excellence, quality, efficiency and productivity for inbound & outbound ops, VAS, returns and moves
• Manage and ensure an efficient planning and optimization of the flow of garment across all inbound & outbound departments from unloading to shipping
• Manage the overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through accurate planning & budget follow up and by using cost saving initiatives
• Lead the department teams to ensure logistic capacity needs
• Support inbound and outbound departments to resolve issues and ensure close alignment with controlling and Import / Export where relevant
• Lead and support the team leaders to recruit, develop and retain workforce for inbound and outbound according to capability need and forecasted capacity requirements
