Job Description

Client / Affiliates liaison for all correspondence including service inquiries, receipt of client inquiries and delivery of presentation to clients.

  1. Negotiate / offer inspection services and rates to clients.
  2. Search and develop new clients.
  3. Record / summarize the volume of clients and the key commodities.
  4. Organize sales visits to clients.
  5. Conduct customer surveys and record their feedback.
  6. Maintain good relationships with clients through calling, email, and visiting.
  7. Search other competitors' rates & performance.
  8. Handle collection of new clients and key clients as assigned by the Direct Manager.
  9. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Direct Manager.
  10. Perform other tasks as requested by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications
  1. College or University graduate in either Business Sector including Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  2. Fluent in English (comprehensive in writing and speaking).
  3. At least 1-year experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
  4. Experience in B2B transactions is preferable.
  5. Interest in service-related business.
  6. Patience, client-oriented, and commercial awareness.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  8. Good communication skills (both writing and speaking).
