Are you a hands-on leader with a sharp operational mind and a passion for people? Altitude Facilities Management is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee high-volume contract staffing and ensure exceptional service delivery across client sites in the Western Cape.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be the primary on-the-ground leader for TES and BPO activities across key manufacturing and logistics sites. You’ll oversee manpower planning, budgeting, compliance, and client satisfaction, while driving operational efficiencies and team performance.

What You’ll Own

  • Daily workforce planning, scheduling, and benchmarking
  • Direct oversight of contract supervisors and operational staff (~300 employees)
  • Client relationship management and issue resolution
  • Cost control, budgeting, and profitability oversight
  • Conducting audits (OHS, FSSC22000) and compliance monitoring
  • Supporting new business acquisition and onboarding
  • Disciplinary hearings and team performance management

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in operations, TES, or logistics management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven client service capability
  • Financial fluency : budgeting, costing, and time-motion analysis
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning and supply chain environments
  • Supervisory experience managing 10+ direct and 300+ indirect staff
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Advantageous : FSSC22000, ISO / QMS, and industry compliance experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and in-house systems
