Responsibilities

• Ensuring all operational processes and procedures are strictly followed.
• Maintain good customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that the scrap metal is purchased at the correct grade.
• Ensuring records are updated and reconciled accurately for all items purchased and dispatched.
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures, and health & safety regulations are adhered to.
• Lead and supervise a team to achieve operational requirements.
• Motivating staff on a continuous basis.
• Ensuring that assistants thoroughly inspect scrap to be purchased.
• Ensuring compliance with the Second-hand Goods Act in scrap purchasing.
