The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, process analysis, and lean/six sigma expertise, with responsibilities spanning assessments, KPI development, process redesign, workshops, and progress reporting to client leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting or operations-focused roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, and implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess client operational processes and identify efficiency gaps.
• Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks for performance.
• Design and implement lean and Six Sigma improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and training on new procedures.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure delivery of initiatives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure buy-in and sustainable change.
• Present findings and progress to client leadership.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client relations.
