Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are You Someone Who CanDefine and implement the employee benefits operations and technology strategy Coordinate strategic programmes to achieve BU goals Use data and analytics (and AI) to drive efficiencies and best in class service perception scores Manage external partners including fund administrators and technology vendors to maximize throughput Coordinate product, servicing and operations team to achieve best in class EB client experience Establish, align and manage target and budget goals for the Business Unit, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency Achievement of net profit growth for Business Maintain optimum efficiencies regarding staff numbers and associated resources by setting budget requirements in accordance with the Business plan and monitor compliance Manage Cost to Income to increase profitability and efficiencies Develop and implement differentiated service models for client segments Enable Business Unit service delivery through implementing systems and processes to improve service and implement quality systems and metrics for measuring service levels and satisfaction Achieve integration of processes in areas of responsibility in collaboration with other area, delivering required service levels by monitor that workflow achieves operational requirements and the overall running costs in relation to productivity ratios, maintaining targeted outputs and financial discipline in respect of Budget, growth strategies Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices.

Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions.
