Job description

Our client, Dreem Fire, is looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual to join their growing team as an Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator. This role touches every part of the business – from sales and marketing to logistics, inventory, customer service, and product management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily communications, represent the brand at events, and assist with showroom sales.

Process and dispatch orders, book deliveries, and resolve logistics queries.

  • Stock Management :

Oversee stock levels, organize the stockroom, and manage inventory systems and import documentation.

  • Product Management :

Handle packaging, labelling, stationery, and maintain updated costings and price lists.

Manage product listings and support B2B / B2C sales across online platforms.

  • Social Media & Content :

Respond to customer queries and assist with content planning for social media.

  • Website Management :

Update product listings, stock levels, and app integrations on the website.

  • Reporting & Admin :

Prepare reports and assist with forecasting and financial planning.

  • DreemFruit (Seasonal Support) :

Provide admin and coordination support during the fruit season.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work across online platforms (Shopify, Takealot, Amazon, etc.).
  • High energy, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Confident dealing with clients and service providers.
  • Willingness to work some weekends and long hours during busy seasons (no December holidays).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
