Placements24 seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead and transform operations for a distributed business, primarily remote with oversight across locations including the Eastern Cape.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, scalable solutions, and a culture of excellence, with accountability for strategic planning, P&L, and performance across a dispersed team in South Africa. You will partner with the executive team to set priorities and deliver superior service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
