Job description

Job Title: Operations Director

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Director to join our inclusive team and drive the success of our central business relationships with key clients. This full-time role is based in Durban and offers an excellent salary and benefits.

As Operations Director, you will:

  1. Plan and encourage the delivery of key account objectives, including contact and cost-to-serve reduction, customer resolution, retention, and acquisition.
  2. Guide improvements in customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  3. Manage, encourage, and develop client relationships to maximize business growth.

You can expect to:

  1. Serve as the principal day-to-day contact between Concentrix and the client, building trust and seeking maximum profitability.
  2. Engage actively in key developments within each owned account and act as a vital business partner.
  3. Maintain excellent senior-level relationships and develop engagement strategies for each account.
  4. Lead operational teams to deliver client outcomes and achieve high client satisfaction.

Qualifications include:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience at the Operations Director level in the contact centre or outsourcing industry.
  2. Operational leadership experience in the Banking/Financial Services Industry.
  3. Experience in guiding and implementing significant business transformations.
  4. Strategy development and operational management at the director level.
  5. Expertise in client partnership, business growth, and contract negotiation.
