Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Compliance and Cost Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of cost-related processes, verifying data inputs, and addressing various compliance issues within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Analysis: Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas for optimization and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with relevant departments to gather cost data and ensure accuracy. Prepare corrections to operational records prior to financial closure.
  • Data Verification: Verify and validate data inputs across multiple system modules to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Implement data integrity checks and procedures to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with various teams to implement approved process enhancements.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years operational experience in Logistics & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding environment.
  • Proven experience in cost analysis and data verification – intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
