• Working with Dangerous / Hazardous goods in the Logistics sector
• Scheduling, Dispatching and Administration
• Physical inspections on trucks
• Trip end close off and POD splitting
• Tracking - Google Sheet "AJAX"
• Daily customer tracking emails
• Daily fleet tracking emails
• Daily fleet monitoring
• Permits and licensing
• Load management
• Designated person for hazardous substances / Chemicals
• Fire prevention and protection coordinator / fire officer
• Qualified person for the offloading operations of dangerous goods
• Incident and accident investigator

Requirements :

• Must have at least 5 to 8 years experience in the Logistics industry
• Fleet and compliance management knowledge
• Proven experience in a Operations Coordinator / Fleet Controller role
• Strong knowledge of Logistics experience within dangerous / Hazardous industry
• Transportation of dangerous and Hazardous goods
• Strong administrative and digital tracking skills
