We’re looking for a highly organised, solutions-driven Operations Coordinator to join our Cape Town team and support our African Expansion.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll take the lead on essential operational functions while managing key internal projects that help our business run better, faster, and smarter.
You’ll work closely with our consultants, directors, and external partners to ensure our day-to-day operations are efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated. From improving internal systems and processes to supporting onboarding, reporting, and team communications — your impact will be felt across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Own and manage day-to-day business operations, supporting the recruitment team with tools, scheduling, documentation, and workflows
- Maintain and update CRM and ATS systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Oversee the onboarding of new internal hires, contractors, and freelance partners — from documentation to system access
- Act as the point of contact for all internal systems, tools, and subscriptions
- Coordinate internal meetings, company-wide comms, and cross-team collaboration
Project Management
- Lead and deliver internal projects (e.g. CRM migration, recruitment automation, training documentation, team offsites, policy rollouts)
- Define project timelines, assign responsibilities, monitor milestones, and report on progress
- Implement tools and processes that improve efficiency and support scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery aligns with business goals
- Manage documentation and knowledge sharing for all new processes
Data & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards for internal and client use
- Track and analyse internal metrics to help improve team output and delivery
- Assist with compiling business performance reports and board presentations
Compliance & Vendor Management
- Ensure contractor documentation, confidentiality agreements, and data policies are in place and up to date
- Liaise with tech vendors, office suppliers, and external consultants (IT, legal, HR, etc.)
- Monitor software licenses and coordinate renewals and upgrades
- Support audit preparation and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in an operations, project coordination, or administrative management role
- Proven experience in delivering projects from planning to execution in a small or mid-sized business setting
- Recruitment industry experience (either agency or in-house) is a strong advantage
- Excellent command of modern tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello/Asana/ClickUp, Slack, ATS/CRM platforms
- Meticulous attention to detail — your spreadsheets are flawless and your documentation is watertight
- Proactive, independent, and solutions-driven with a high sense of ownership
- Comfortable managing deadlines, handling competing priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with or passion for the iGaming and Sports Betting industry is a bonus
