The Operations Coordinator provides essential support to the operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of daily tasks and contributing to the smooth flow of operations. This role involves a combination of coordination, communication, data handling, and administrative duties, tailored to the specific needs of the assigned operations function (Driver Operations, DaaS Operations, or Courier/Last mile Operations).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support:
    • Assist in the implementation and management of efficient operational processes.
    • Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Coordinate activities within the assigned operations function (e.g., deliveries, driver schedules).
    • Support the team in achieving operational goals and objectives.
  2. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., drivers, partners).
    • Provide timely and accurate information to relevant parties.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
  3. Data Handling and Reporting:
    • Assist with data collection, tracking, cleaning, and basic analysis.
    • Generate reports and dashboards as required.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
    • Handle tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
    • Support with project-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in a relevant operational environment (e.g., logistics, transportation, customer service) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
